“We flew to New Orleans from Florida just to take this tour. We were looking forward to it. We checked in and were asked to go wait by the pick up location. 10 minutes after the tour was to begin we were told that they decided to cancel the trip due to not having enough people reserved. We had been waiting for 25 minutes since we checked in. And they said they made the decisions more then an hour beforehand. But No one had told us. So disappointing :( Not recommended. There were no other tours afterwards so this was a Wasted trip and unfortunately wasted money.”

“My daughter ( who was going to school in New Orleans) and I wanted to get an overview of the city and visit Marie Laveau's burial site. The bus left earlier then scheduled from its pickup point but we were lucky to catch it nearby. The driver/guide had a wonderful creole accent but was very difficult to understand. so the city tour was not enjoyable. We visited A cemetery - but not the one where Laveau was buried so this was OK but in the end pointless. Overall a very disappointing tour.”

As the first your of our New Orleans trip, this tour was a great way to receive a 10K’ overview of New Orleans, especially for those that have challenges hopping on/off of a bus to learn about sites. Then to put icing on the cake, I forgot my cell phone on the bus, called driver via Apple Watch, who immediately returned to drop off. FIRST CLASS!”
